Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Executive Career Toolkit, operated by ClearPath Careers ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Executive Career Toolkit provides automated tools — an ATS compatibility checker, job description decoder, LinkedIn profile grader, and interview story bank — to help senior professionals prepare job applications. Reports are generated automatically based on the material you submit; they're intended as a helpful guide, not a guarantee of any hiring outcome.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at support@clearpathcv.com if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Payments, plans, and refunds

Single reports are a one-time purchase of £9 per tool. The Executive Toolkit Membership is a recurring monthly subscription of £29, billed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep membership access until then. Because reports are generated instantly on purchase, one-time report purchases are non-refundable once the full report has been unlocked, except where required by law. If something's gone wrong with a payment or you believe you were charged in error, email support@clearpathcv.com and we'll sort it out.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the service to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the tools, or resell access to the service without our agreement. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.

Your content

You own whatever you submit to the tools (your CV, job descriptions, and so on). You're giving us permission to process that content solely to generate your reports — nothing more. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

No guarantee of outcomes

Our tools give automated feedback based on general best practice and pattern-matching against job descriptions. We don't guarantee a report score, interview, or job offer as a result of using the service, and reports shouldn't be treated as professional career, legal, or employment advice.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may need to take the service down occasionally for maintenance or updates.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before a claim arises. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
